We know that a good strong foundation is important including the one you build with your equine partner.

We are one of the only barns in the area that teach Western Discipline and love the challenge involved in extreme cowboy.

Our horses are solid, relaxed animals but they are not 'push button' ponies. You are the rider and the trainer!

We care about our animals here! We will teach you how to look after them as well as we do! Lessons include, groundwork, working at liberty, proper placement of saddle and fit, proper grooming and use of equipment to ensure safety for all!

Our instructor, Leanne, is kind, competent, firm and fair! Leanne specializes in clientele that might need a little more time (fear, anxiety, no desire to compete).

Our main focus is YOU enjoying your entire riding experience and growing to be a solid rider at your own pace!

Voice command/human body language training

Age is limitless here. All ages and abilities are welcome. We suit our program to fit your needs and you only need compete with yourself.

We supply the horses and can offer use of our helmets. You supply the boots (with quarter inch heel and small tred sole) and long pants.

Private lessons are available for $55 per hour.

Group lessons for up to 3 students of similar independent riding ability is $50 per hour and a half.

I love to share the joys and wonders of horsemanship and the development of your techniques to strengthen the relationship between you and your horse.

As the owner, I insist on our lessons being innovative and consistently using a firm and fair approach with some silly thrown in.

I will not tolerate abuse of animal or rider.

I have an extensive background in teaching and coaching of over 20 years including my past career in education
My horse experience has given me the opportunity to train in an English Saddle and work and train in a Western one
Safety has always been the number one priority at this facility and then a very close second is the happiness of all who visit
My forte is discovering the barriers to advancement and helping riders to plan for improvement
A strong foundation is imperative to moving onto new opportunities at our facility. I believe in giving you opportunities to advance without losing the FUN!
